Audience Insight allows business managers to see valuable information like gender, job roles, relationship status & income level. The tool is also great at identifying users based on interest through user page interaction & likes.

One pro-tip we recommend is using the “Page Likes” tab to identify which Facebook pages have similar audiences to your current page. This type of information can be valuable in finding new customers that are similar to the current ones you have.

To use Audience Insights on Facebook:

  1. Go to your business manager account.
  2. On the top left scroll over the hamburger button and choose all tools.
  3. Select Audience Insights
  4. Have Fun identifying your target customers : )
