Our millennial powered agency tapped into our own inner-circles and industry data to identify defined sub-groups within our generation to target. Our team knew our approach had to be authentic in nature while tapping into the shared life milestones we were experiencing. We made it our goal to align the Nassau Financial products with these moments in order to make this local brand relevant to the target audience while these milestones were taking place in real time during their life. To name a few, these milestones ranged from buying their first new car to home ownership, marriage and preparing for children.
Making Financial Literacy Relatable
Nassau Financial needed a dynamic strategy that helped them target the millennial generation of potential credit union members. Our team quickly went to work identifying Google, Facebook & Instagram as core advertising channels that would maximize budget, and allow for custom-built audiences to be targeted. We positioned the credit union as the leader in financial literacy through witty creative & the use of digital tools that made it transparent for users to understand the banking product they could use. Our creative was centered around life's moments, heavily segmented out by specifics milestones from large to trivial moments that could happen during the 23-40-year-old age range. This made the brand highly relatable tearing down the notion of "corporate banking interests".

Leveraging our in-house team allows for Nassau to implement new strategies on the fly from email automation campaigns designed to increase successful close rates of leads to flash social campaigns brand in pop-culture conversations (like National Pet Day & Game Of Throne themed). Our paid media team worked on creating custom behavioral and affinity-based targeting based on user research conducted by our team. Over time we collected data and adjusted targetting to best maximize our return on ad spend.
